Keauhou Condo Landing Install

This beautiful condo in Keauhou was ready for a fresh look and a touch of personality. The homeowners originally considered installing artificial turf to create a low-maintenance area for their dogs and to resolve ongoing irrigation issues.

After consulting with Joey, they saw the potential to elevate the space in a more natural and timeless way. By incorporating jade stones, paver pathways, and thoughtful design elements, the project not only enhanced the property’s aesthetic but also added long-term value. An added bonus — their dogs can now roam freely on the rocks without the worry of odor retention or wear and tear over time.

Joey designed this mini garden and paver installation, addressing critical issues along the way. He capped the leaking irrigation lines that were damaging the building’s foundation, installed weed cloth to prevent unwanted growth, and carefully laid the pavers and stonework to create a clean, charming space.

We are currently awaiting HOA approval to complete the paver pathway and finish the rock installation around the property. We are thrilled with the transformation so far and look forward to seeing the project fully realized soon.
