From Vision to Reality

Sometimes all it takes is a single idea and a clear vision — we take care of the rest.

This property faces intense weather conditions on a daily basis: heavy rainfall, strong winds, and extreme heat, sometimes all in the same day. The original decks surrounding the home and Ohana had rotted bases and were in urgent need of a complete rebuild. The paver landing below the decks had also become dangerously slippery and inaccessible.

In just a few weeks, we transformed the space. We removed all the old wood, including the damaged stringers and railing, and dismantled the unstable paver landing. Using pressure-treated, severe weather-resistant wood, we rebuilt the decks from the ground up, applying an additional weatherproofing treatment to ensure long-lasting color and durability.

The old pavers didn’t go to waste — we repurposed them to create a charming new path leading from the driveway to the Ohana, where we also redid both front and back decks & stairs.

The result? Four brand new, weather-ready decks and stunning, upgraded landings that elevate the beauty and functionality of this home and a beautiful paver pathway leading to the front and the back of the Ohana, adding charm and elegance to this beautiful property.
